In March 2020 we cancelled all SPG face-to-face group meetings and visits, in line with government guidelines regarding Covid-19.

Beginning in June 2020. we successfully restarted our monthly group evenings using Skype video conferencing. We subsequently switched to using Zoom as our online meeting platform, and these meetings continue to be well-attended with few technical hitches!

UPDATE MARCH 2022

As part of our return to some kind of normality, we are pleased to announce that our face-to-face group meetings restarted in March. We have a new venue for this season, St. John’s Methodist Church Hall, Settle. Those of us who are able to, and feel comfortable doing so, will meet at St John’s for the first time on Monday 21st March. Members are still welcome to join the meeting via Zoom if they prefer to, and we will run hybrid meetings for a period as we continue to review the situation. During the winter season, some of our meetings will be Zoom only. Please see the Programme page for details of this and future meetings.
