LIVERPOOL DOCK AT NIGHT by EDWIN HOWSON

This is my favourite. I paged through all the gallery entries and this is the one that took my eye. The navy-blue starry night sky, the buildings lit from within and without, the reflections in the water and the shiny wet pavements all make it an arresting image.
