The planned visit to Catrigg was rained off in December, so we'll have another go today - finger's crossed! Be aware it's about a mile each way to walk, with a steep, slippery (can be very slippery) final stretch.

Quarrying at Threshfield started in the early 1900's and ended in 2003. It is now being developed as a visitor centre, so there should be lots to see.
